Product Marketing Manager

We help teams escape the chaos of group chats and run better with structured, secure communication - all in one place.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn features into benefits, pain points into narratives, and Zenzap into the most respected brand in business communication.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and brand — crafting messaging that drives growth and content that shapes perception.

• Develop and evolve Zenzap’s positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative
• Own GTM strategy for new features and launches
• Work with product and design to shape in-product messaging and onboarding flows
• Create and maintain internal docs: value props, feature one-pagers, competitor teardown decks
  

• Translate Zenzap’s point of view into content that educates, inspires, and provokes
• Build content that reinforces our values: structure, clarity, professionalism, leadership
• Write case studies, landing pages, explainer scripts, email flows, and mini-campaigns
  

• Equip GTM teams with sales enablement and positioning tools
• Map our ICP’s journey and identify messaging gaps across the funnel
• Test and optimize product storytelling across channels: web, onboarding, email, and social
  

• A sharp, strategic communicator who thrives on clarity
• Passionate about great writing and customer-first positioning
• Experienced in product marketing and content marketing - you’ve done both
• Able to zoom out to story and zoom in to UI copy, and love both
• Hungry to shape a brand from early on — and be the voice behind its growth
  

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing (with at least 2 years in product marketing)
• Proven experience crafting GTM strategies and messaging frameworks
• Strong writing portfolio (landing pages, campaigns, or blog posts)
• Experience collaborating closely with product and design
• Bonus: you’ve worked in a PLG model or marketed to non-technical audiences (e.g. operations managers, team leads, SMBs)
• Fluent level English is a must
