Product Marketing, Content & Community Manager

We’re looking for a sharp and creative Product Marketing, Content & Community Manager to own our storytelling, community management, sharpen our product marketing assets, messaging, and create content that truly resonates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Refine the messaging and positioning of our product and features
• Lead product launches and drive cross-channel communication strategies
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand user needs and pain points
• Create high-impact content: blog posts, sales collateral, enablement, email campaigns, sales decks, video scripts, videos and more
• Enhance our rich library of marketing assets to support sales and customer onboarding
• Own and evolve our product narrative throughout the customer journey
• Enhance our content strategy and editorial roadmap

Who You Are

• A natural storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
• Experienced in product marketing and content writing, or a related field (5 years)
• B2B English Writing Experience (both Product and content marketing)
• Tech-savvy, curious, collaborative, and hands-on
• Advantage: Experience working in SaaS data-driven environments
