We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the companys go-to-market activities, position the companys product offering for long-term global success, and deliver market intelligence to internal stakeholders. The PMM role is both strategic and hands-on. Inside the organization, the PMM interfaces regularly with marketing communications, sales and Technical Support, product management, and executive management. Outside the organization, the PMM regularly interfaces with customers, partners, and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution

Create go-to-market plans for the companys product offering and launches, work in collaboration with stakeholders to execute them
Create outlines for key marketing events (e.g. tradeshows, seminars)

Requirements:
3+ years experience in a Product Marketing management role in the motion control field or an adjacent field e.g. semiconductor manufacturing equipment, laser processing equipment, industrial robotics
Experience planning and executing product launches in global high-tech industrial markets
Experience creating technical marketing materials including promotional videos
Strong leadership, project management, and presentation skills
A growth mindset desire to continually learn, adapt, and improve
Bachelors degree or higher in motion control related engineering field e.g. electrical, mechanical, industrial
MBA or MOT degree advantage
