We are looking for a motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our Compliance & Cross Analytics Team at Evoke. In this role, you will play a crucial part in tracking, measuring, and optimizing business performance within an ever-evolving compliance and regulatory landscape. Your Role:

Analyze and interpret data to uncover opportunities for optimization, identify potential risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive, coherent analyses.
Identify trends and patterns in compliance blockings, recognizing opportunities for optimization.
Develop visually appealing and insightful data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate closely with Compliance Officers, Product, Data, Marketing, and Operational teams to gather requirements, share insights, and provide recommendations.
Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity in all analyses.
Support cross-functional teams with strategic insights for improving compliance and regulatory performance.
Maintain a proactive approach in adjusting to an evolving compliance and regulatory landscape.

Your Skills:

You have 2+ years of experience in a quantitative analytical role.
You hold a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field (from a leading university). Honored graduate – an advantage.
You have excellent English skills (speaking, writing, reading).
You have high proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – a must.
You are experienced with Tableau/Power BI – a big advantage.
You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in your work.
You are proactive, eager to learn, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.

You have a major advantage if:

You have previous experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory analysis.
You are familiar with complex business processes and optimization strategies.
You have a proven ability to work in demanding environments and adapt to changes effectively.
