Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at NeuReality, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by ensuring we bring in the best and brightest individuals who align with our values and vision.

The position is relevant for Maternity leave replacement and will possibly include an option to stay in the company after.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of candidates, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and team dynamics.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and social media recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
