Your Impact and Responsibilities:

Own & Optimize Campaigns – Plan, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive real business impact.
Experiment and innovate—Always think one step ahead. Test new strategies, creatives, and audience targeting to improve results.
Take the Lead – We’ll give you the tools and guidance, but you’ll be in the driver’s seat—taking initiative, setting priorities, and making things happen.
Data-Driven Growth – Dive deep into data, analyze trends, and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in PPC/Media Buying/User Acquisition (but a passion for data and performance marketing matters more than experience).
Fluent English (written) – a must!
Excel Proficiency – Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc.) to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Fast Learner & Independent Thinker – You figure things out, adapt quickly, and take initiative without waiting for instructions.
