User Acquisition Team Leader

A technologically driven mobile games publisher that specializes in hyper and hybrid casual games powered by an innovative monetization engine is looking for an experienced individual to join its team as a User Acquisition Team Leader.

The User Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of user acquisition specialists. The team is responsible for driving growth by acquiring new users for the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in user acquisition, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of user acquisition specialists
Develop and execute user acquisition strategies
Track and analyze user acquisition data to measure results and identify areas for improvement
Work with other teams to ensure that user acquisition efforts are aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals
Present user acquisition results to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in user acquisition
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other user acquisition tools
