User Acquisition Manager

An exciting and dynamic B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv is looking for an ambitious and sharp Senior User Acquisition Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

✓ Hands-on management of large-scale campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including DSPs, SDK networks and RV

✓ Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners

✓ Develop, refine and implement user acquisition strategies

✓ Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices, while combining the latest insights and data to continually refine marketing messaging

✓ Plan and oversee high marketing budgets, set up and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms and channels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

✓ Work with the creative team to create visually appealing assets

✓ Collaborate with product, BA, BI and other cross-functional teams

✓ Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement

✓ Develop an efficient growth process through ongoing relationships, identify new opportunities, plan, test and implement new customer acquisition channels

✓ Perform market research and analyze user behavior to identify new trends and opportunities

✓ 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer in the gaming industry

✓ Proven ability to lead projects with a positive “can-do” attitude

✓ Sharp-minded and creative thinker with a passion for marketing

✓ Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations

✓ Initiative and leadership capabilities

✓ Proficiency in Excel – must; SQL – an advantage

✓ Great communication and collaboration skills
