User Acquisition Specialist (Hands-on, AI-driven)

In this role, you'll own and scale user acquisition across various paid channels, from campaign strategy and creative development to hands-on optimization and performance analysis. Powered by AI you will research, analyze and create converting campaigns at scale. the ideal candidate is a self learner, heavey user of ai tools in experiences in running paid acquisition channels from a to z.

Own and execute user acquisition campaigns end-to-end

Work across channels: Media Buying, Content, Influencers, Campaigns

Identify and test new growth opportunities constantly

Collaborate with product to improve conversion and performance

Use data to make fast, smart decisions

Requirements:

3 years of experience in User Acquisition / Media Buying / Growth
Hands-on executor — not just strategy
Curious and fast learner, with a strong drive to grow
Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.)
Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to build, not just “work”

Big advantage if you have:

Experience in mobile apps / panels / performance marketing
Background in companies like WellTech, or similar
