Ciklum is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team full-time in Tel Aviv, Israel.

About the role:
As a Customer Success Manager you will be working with startup companies in the Israel market.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, and build strong, sustainable long-term relationships to meet/exceed the mutual aims of both parties
Act as the first level of support for client escalations and work together with the Account Management lead or Regional GM to resolve the situation
Work closely with the Account Management lead, technical and go-to-market teams at Ciklum, to facilitate matrix-led sales and development activities to showcase the entire spectrum of Ciklum’s services and solutions and meet the clients’ needs
Identify and manage engagement risks, flagging issues early to the Account Management Lead and work together on a resolution
Work closely with Ciklum’s global team supporting the Israeli account, mostly in Europe
Achieve annual targets/quotas and KPI’s for the portfolio
Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to delivery, with the assistance and mentorship of the Account Management Lead
Assist the Regional GM and the Account Management Lead with administration related to the entire customer base in the region
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success / Support role
Understanding of technology / software development market dynamics in Israel is a plus
Good communication skills
A responsible, structured, and curious personality
A background in Account Management/ Project Management or Agile – will be a big plus
Analytical skills with the ability to build lasting relationships within SMB companies
An ambitious target-focused individual with a thirst for progression and growth
Team player with the ability to work with multiple teams within a diverse global organization
