Job Summary
• This role is responsible for staying informed about market trends and competition, developing basic customer success plans, optimizing operational processes, and supporting customers during sales, thereby ensuring effective customer success delivery by following established guidelines. The role supports lead generation, maintains documentation, contributes to projects with research, and supports priority initiatives through proactive engagement with stakeholders and standardized reporting. The role also develops and optimizes playbooks, and maintains records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
• Monitors market trends and gathers competitive insights to stay well-informed.
• Adheres to established guidelines and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of customer success.
• Develops rudimentary plans for customer success, while also managing standard customers.
• Contributes to the development and optimization of operational playbooks and processes.
• Focuses on supporting customers during the sales process; seeks and takes appropriate actions on customer requirements; resolves difficult issues.
• Establishes effective routines, feedback loops, and information channels.
• Assists in leads generation for new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales function.
• Maintains and updates records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in client management, customer relationship management, managing & growing business, portfolio of annuity services, P&L management, contract law, or a related field.
