Job DescriptionEnsure employees are provided efficient and timely desktop and local infrastructure support across the organizationProvide professional and efficient IT support to Wix employees across different locations and time zones remotelyManage, monitor, and respond to requests received through the IT Helpdesk in line with our agreed SLAsIdentify opportunities to reduce service requests through better user training and documentationManage equipment inventory from evaluation and purchasing to maintenance and depreciationTake ownership of the IT procurement process by working closely with suppliers, procurement, and finance teamsWork with auditors to ensure that procurement procedures are being followedManage onboarding and offboarding processes for on-site and remote workersManage and maintain audio-visual equipment around the officesManage endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting (for MacOS, Windows, and Linux)QualificationsAn IT professional with 3+ years hands-on experience in IT Support or AdministrationExperienced in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows, and Linux)Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and time-management skillsProven ability to provide proactive customer service with strong attention to detailExperienced with Active Directory/Azure/GSuite environmentsExperience supporting audio-visual conference room technologiesAdditional experience with tools and systems like Meraki, Jira, Intune, Jamf, and SlackAdditional InformationWe are Wix’s IT Team. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring, using the newest technology for device management services, Ansible, and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring, purchasing, security incidences, SLM, CRM, etc.
