We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS & People Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding to offboarding and managing various database systems and processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy and thrives in a dynamic environment.
*Please note that this is a maternity leave replacement for 10 months*
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Google suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Data-driven mindset with a high attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in HRIS platforms - a must, experience with HiBob - a significant advantage!
Work experience as an HR Admin/HRIS or similar role - advantage!

Responsibilities:
Update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, termination
Help organize and manage new employee onboarding, experience programs like happy hours, holiday events and company wide procedures
Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure business readiness for organizational change and timing for impacted processes (People, IT, Payroll and Finance)
Assist and support the team with general HR projects and admin
