Gigaspaces is looking for an experienced, self-driven, and passionate Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, to join our People Team.
The position is full time, hybrid from our Herzeliya site, reporting to our Chief People Officer. This is a Temporary position for 6 months, starting March 2025 (maternity leave replacement).
A little about us: GigaSpaces is developing a pioneering eRAG (Enterprise Retrieval Augmented Generation), a technology that aims to enable LLMs to query structured enterprise data with human-level accuracy. We are on a mission to open up a whole new world of opportunities for enterprises and large organizations in the way they utilize AI solutions over their internal business data. Your Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process
- Ensure our hiring processes meet business requirements, while keeping our high standard of candidate experience
- Collaborate with local and global recruitment agencies
- Prepare and present employment offers and contracts to candidates
- Leverage recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the hiring process
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and admin our HR systems to ensure data accuracy (Bob, Comeet, Compete)
- Provide HR support across various topics for employees and managers
- Build strong business relationships with managers to support HR needs
- Support the delivery of HR processes across company: employee relations, performance management, talent management, training & development, and special projects (in collaboration with HR management).
- Plan and execute our employer brand activities and initiatives
We want you on the team if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist - must
- Experience in recruitment - must
- Experience in HRIS systems (advantage for working with Bob) - must
- Familiarity with Comeet hiring system - must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- A people-oriented team player with a "Can Do" attitude
- Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven
- Experience in a global Hitech/SU company
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong time and priorities management skills
- Availability to start during March 2025 - must
