About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and talented HR Specialist to join our team in Bnei Brak, Israel. In this dynamic role, you’ll be part of a global HR team supporting over 1,000 employees. This exciting and broad position will involve working across various HR areas.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong business relationships with managers to support HR needs.
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee the full employee life cycle.
- Input, update, and maintain the HR database, personnel files, and other systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Create reports and analyze HR data to draw actionable insights and lessons, helping to drive improvements across the department.
- Provide HR support across various topics for employees.
- Support the delivery of HR processes across company locations, employee relations, performance management, talent management, training & development, and special projects (in collaboration with HR management).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist – required.
- Experience in HRIS systems (advantage for working with Bob or Workday).
- Experience in recruitment.
- Working experience in a global company.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices, with experience in implementing HR processes.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Fluent in English – a must.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities across teams and countries, including remote sites.
- Strong time and priorities management skills.
- Project Management and Change Management skills.
- Team player with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
