User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help scale our global user growth efforts. In this role, you will own acquisition and re-engagement activities across multiple paid media channels, optimize campaigns at scale, and drive measurable impact on user growth and business performance.

Responsibilities
Own and manage user acquisition, re-engagement, and retention campaigns across multiple advertising channels, including Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, OEMs, and ad networks.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed growth KPIs, including installs, registrations, retention, engagement, and revenue targets.
Plan, execute, and scale innovative growth initiatives, experiments, and A/B tests to improve acquisition efficiency and user quality.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with media partners, advertising platforms, and agencies.
Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Collaborate closely with Product, Content, Data, and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with product launches, sports calendars, and engagement initiatives.
Work with the creative team to continuously test new ad creatives, messaging, and formats across different markets and audiences.
Analyze user behavior, attribution data, cohort performance, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
Support expansion into new markets through competitive analysis, market research, and audience insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, privacy changes, attribution solutions, mobile measurement, and best practices across performance marketing channels.
