A performance marketing agency looking for a Head of User Acquisition to lead a dedicated team of Acquisition Managers and own the strategy and performance of an assigned portfolio of high-budget B2C clients, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a dedicated team of Acquisition Managers, ensuring high standards of execution and performance.
Own acquisition strategy and performance across an assigned portfolio of clients with substantial advertising budgets and international activity.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VPs, Directors, and C -level executives.
Lead strategic discussions with clients, translating business objectives into actionable acquisition plans.
Oversee media buying strategy, budget allocation, testing, optimization, and scaling across your portfolio.

Requirements:
All experience requirements below must be demonstrated in the U.S. market:
5+ years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns on both Meta and Google Ads.
Proven experience in B2C acquisition.
Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $200,0
Experience across multiple industry verticals.
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience working directly with clients, presenting results, and leading performance
