Head of User Acquisition JB-5595

A performance marketing agency looking for a Head of User Acquisition to lead a dedicated team of Acquisition Managers and own the strategy and performance of an assigned portfolio of high-budget B2C clients, with a strong focus on the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a dedicated team of Acquisition Managers, ensuring high standards of execution and performance.

• Own acquisition strategy and performance across an assigned portfolio of clients with substantial advertising budgets and international activity.

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VPs, Directors, and C-level executives.

• Lead strategic discussions with clients, translating business objectives into actionable acquisition plans.

• Oversee media buying strategy, budget allocation, testing, optimization, and scaling across your portfolio.

• Manage each client’s acquisition activity end to end, working closely with our in-house creative studio to align creative strategy and production with performance goals.

All experience requirements below must be demonstrated in the U.S. market:

• 5+ years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing.

• Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns on both Meta and Google Ads.

• Proven experience in B2C acquisition.

• Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $200,0

• Experience across multiple industry verticals.

• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
