We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of customer success for strategic accounts. In this role, you will lead post-sales delivery activities, manage customer projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong customer relationships to ensure successful deployments, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

Own overall responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Own all post-sales delivery (projects and support) for designated accounts, ensuring revenue recognition.

Lead projects end-to-end - from concept through design and implementation - coordinating partners for on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.

Build detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, tracking and status reports; manage priorities across customer activities.

Partner with Technical Support to meet SLAs, and with Sales/Product teams to drive business results and identify new opportunities.

Build strong customer relationships that support loyalty and business growth, in close collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements:
5+ years in project/technical account management in international software, telecom, or tech companies.

Strong technical knowledge of the telecom industry (network architecture, business processes, interfaces/protocols, service quality metrics).

Proven track record delivering complex projects, with strong planning, control, tracking and reporting.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership/influencing skills; comfortable in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - able to zoom between big-picture and detail.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and diplomatic skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Proven track record in using industry standard task tracking, project tracking and CRM solutions.

Advanced English; additional languages a plus.

Must be willing to undergo Security clearance.
