Senior Lifecycle & Automation Manager

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, growth marketing, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience building and managing lifecycle programs and automations inside HubSpot or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of funnel optimization, lead nurturing, activation, customer engagement, and reactivation strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and drive optimization decisions.
Experience running structured experimentation and A/B testing programs.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BI, Data, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset.
High level of ownership and ability to independently drive execution and results.
Passion for AI, automation, and modern marketing workflows.
Experience building or implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, automations, or use cases, a major advantage.
Experience with Looker, CRM systems, customer segmentation, and lifecycle analytics.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience in hybrid PLG + sales-led SaaS environments.
Familiarity with product usage data and event-based lifecycle marketing.
SQL or technical/data experience.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code automation tools.
Experience scaling lifecycle operations in high-growth SaaS companies.
