This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing.
With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.
The Role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of ZyG's retention and CRM efforts across both hands-on execution and strategic design.
In this role, you will run and optimize lifecycle programs, owning the full customer journey end-to-end, across key lifecycle touchpoints, while also defining how retention should be structured and scaled.
You will design segmentation frameworks, automation workflows, and engagement logic, and translate real CRM insights into systems that will power our AI-driven Lifecycle & Retention Agent. Working closely with Product, Data, and Engineering, you will operate at the intersection of execution and architecture - turning lifecycle marketing into a scalable, intelligent retention system.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute lifecycle programs across different customer communication channels - managing segmentation, creative, and messaging end-to-end.
- Build and scale ZyG's CRM and retention infrastructure from the ground up.
- Define and lead lifecycle strategy, including journey design, audience segmentation, and channel prioritization - aimed at increasing LTV, and driving long-term engagement.
- Translate CRM insights into structured inputs that power and improve our AI Lifecycle & Retention Agent.
- Take ownership of retention KPIs - LTV, churn, repeat rate, engagement - analyze performance, translate insights into continuous improvements, and communicate results clearly to leadership.
- Work closely with Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams (performance, CRO, creative, partnerships) to align and scale growth.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a B2C environment (eCommerce D2C strongly preferred).
- Creative and thinks outside the box - constantly ideating new initiatives, engagement hooks, and retention mechanics beyond the standard playbook.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in funnel analysis, retention metrics, and reporting tools.
- Strategic mindset with experience (or strong interest) in building systems, not just executing playbooks.
- Experience defining KPIs and driving performance against them (not just working toward predefined goals).
- A self-starter comfortable operating at the intersection of execution and architecture, working closely with Product, Data, and Engineering.
