HR Business Partner - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team for a one-year maternity leave replacement role In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the R&D and Finance organizations, support managers and employees, lead people initiatives and organizational change processes, and help drive a strong, high-performing culture in a fast-paced global environment. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and make a real business impact.
What you'll do:
* Serve as the primary HRBP for R&D and Finance, providing both strategic partnership and day-to-day support to managers and employees.
* Partner closely with leaders to support organizational growth, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
* Lead and support wide organizational change initiatives, helping teams navigate transformation in a fast-paced global environment.
* Drive and contribute to cross-functional HR projects such as leadership development, manager workshops, organizational processes, and company-wide people initiatives.
* Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment, collaboration, and execution of global HR programs and priorities.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers, while also being hands-on in execution and operational HR activities when needed.
* Play an active role in strengthening and evolving the company culture, while supporting business goals and organizational needs.
