DH (Document Hunter) - Hybrid Hebrew Speaker, Min 20 hrs/week

We are looking for a Hebrew speaker to join our team. This role has a minimum of 20 hours/week and will be performed partially in transit to and from various historical and governmental institutions in Israel, partially from our office in Hadera and partially remotely, from your home or anywhere in the world from your laptop (or ours).

You will provide logistics support to our teams in Poland and Brazil in a broad range of activities including maintaining close contact with Israeli institutions; keeping record of documents and managing all Israeli correspondence (redirection, delivery and collection).

*Typical tasks include but are not limited to:*

* Processing of clients' documents necessary to the applications in various institutions;
* Reach out to various historical and governmental institutions;
* Deliveries and collection of documents;
* Forwarding of documents from and to our office in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil);
* Possibility of acting as Imapolania Proxy in Israel;
* Proofread colleagues work ensuring pristine quality in the final product.

*The following are essential requirements for this role:*

* Advanced Hebrew language skills: reading, writing and speaking;
* Good English language skills for a minimum of reading, writing and speaking;
* Ability to move around at ease in Hadera, Tel Aviv and surrounding areas for documents deliveries and collections.
If more convenient, we can move the office closer to the candidate's home, once they are hired and compatibility is confirmed;
* You must have some computer literacy (particularly with Chrome and Google Suite) and reliable internet connection at home but we do have a laptop available at the office for you to use.
