Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temporary

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles.
In this position, youll work closely with multiple departments especially our R&D teams, located mainly in Israel and Romania to attract and hire top technical talent. Youll manage the entire hiring process end-to-end while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.
This role is key to supporting our growth and helping us scale effectively.
Please Note- This is a maternity leave replacement for 10 months.
Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment cycle from kick-off with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, closing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple roles across different departments simultaneously.
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and implement consistent processes that attract the right talent aligned with our business needs.
Bring an in-depth knowledge of the Technology recruitment
Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
Prioritize a high-quality candidate experience, treating each applicant whether referred, sourced, or inbound with equal care and attention.
Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams on recruitment strategies, optimize the hiring process, and ensure we attract the right talent efficiently.
