Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time role based in Israel, with a remote work arrangement allowing the work to be done from home. In this role, the specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of positions, particularly in SAP and related technology domains. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The specialist contributes to employer branding initiatives, leverages digital platforms and networks to attract qualified talent, and maintains accurate recruitment data and reports. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with HR and leadership on workforce planning, supporting onboarding activities, and continuously improving recruitment processes to meet business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Full-life Cycle Tech- Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess competencies and cultural add.
• Experience in Employer Branding, promoting the organization across digital channels and professional networks.
• Previous recruitment experience in technology, SAP, Salesforce, or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
