An innovative medical start-up in the field of orthopedics and cartilage degeneration therapies, is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee clinical studies in hospitals and clinics.
Preparation of study documents and submissions to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) / Ethics Committees.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Ongoing collaboration with investigators, study coordinators, and project teams.
Preparation of monitoring reports and tracking study/ data progress

4 years of experience as a CRA (orthopedics/medical devices experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
