Lead global business development activities in the field of aerial defense systems, with a strong focus on the U.S., Far East, and India.
Identify new business opportunities, develop customer pipelines, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Build and execute marketing and go-to-market strategies tailored to priority regions.
Lead proposals, pricing strategies, and participation in tenders and RFPs.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and program teams to align capabilities with market needs.
Represent the company in international exhibitions, conferences, and customer visits.

Requirements:
Engineering degree mandatory.
Proven experience in the defense industry mandatory, specifically in the aerial domain.
Experience in business development, sales, or marketing of complex technological systems.
Strong understanding of aerial systems and platforms significant advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and drive results.
High level of English (additional languages advantage).
Willingness to travel frequently.
