Business Development Manager for private Healthcare market

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts to make innovative treatments more accessible

This high-impact commercial leadership role shapes and executes strategies to penetrate, develop, and scale the private healthcare market.

A key focus will be identifying opportunities to secure reimbursement and sustainable access within corporate and private payer ecosystems, while demonstrating a compelling ROI and value proposition for private-sector partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for expanding innovative treatments within Israel’s private healthcare ecosystem.
• Identify, prioritize, and build strategic partnerships with key private-sector stakeholders.
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions that demonstrate clear ROI to partners.
• Build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and organizations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategic opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Anticipate systemic challenges, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and driving revenue growth
• Secured strategic partnerships and commercial deals with insurance companies
• Strong experience in analytics, business modeling and/or forecasting.
• Excellent self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
