Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Requirements:
A global technology company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a temporary nine month assignment. The recruiter will lead full end-to-end hiring processes, act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and support a variety of technical and student recruitment needs. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time and internship positions across technical business units
Manage sourcing, job postings, screening, interviews, coordination, and feedback processes
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements, build role profiles, and ensure high-quality candidate matches
Coordinate compensation analysis and offer preparation with HR teams
Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide ongoing updates to relevant stakeholders
Support university recruiting events and student hiring initiatives as needed Requirements
Experience in the tech industry (semiconductor experience is an advantage)
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
BA degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven sourcing experience, especially on LinkedIn
Experience working with multiple sourcing channels and job boards
Strong project management skills, including process structuring, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration Location: Petah Tikva
