Log-On Software is looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our recruitment team — no previous recruitment experience is required.

You'll receive professional training, work with technology roles and candidates, and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment process from day one.

What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates for a variety of technology positions
• Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate screenings
• Publish and promote job opportunities across relevant channels
• Work with recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and internal systems
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to move candidates forward

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation to learn and develop in technology recruitment
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple processes
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Sales experience – an advantage

No previous recruitment experience required — full training will be provided.
