We're looking to hire a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. Youll play a key role in attracting top talent, cultivating a strong company culture, and implementing HR best practices across the organization.

What we're looking for:

Experienced in global hiring with an emphasis on GTM roles
Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments
Knowledgeable in HR and strategic talent acquisition
Proven track record in scaling teams and managing complex hiring processes
Cross-functional collaboration - hiring managers across various teams and locations
Ability to operate with speed, agility, and creativity
Passionate, pro-active, and takes "ownership"
Experience with building HR processes and implementing best practices across the organization.

Requirements:
Lead full-cycle hiring for global go-to-market roles
Build strong candidate pipelines and hiring strategies
Partner with leadership to shape the teams future
Support general HR functions such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, culture, and engagement initiatives

This is a full-time position based in Tel Aviv. We do believe in a hybrid work environment, with an emphasis on the office, and one day a week from home.
