As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you help Novo Nordisk secure the talent that keeps us making progress for people living with serious chronic diseases. Based in Kfar Saba, you own recruitment end to end – guiding hiring managers, advising with insight and creating positive experiences for every candidate. Your work brings our employer brand to life and ensures the right people join us at the right time.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or a similar field.
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, of which at least 2 handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Expertise with advanced sourcing tools and strong proficiency in behavioural interviewing.
• Knowledge of GDPR and relevant local employment and data protection laws, and the ability to apply them.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the credibility to build trust and long-term relationships in a matrix, virtual team.
• Confidence using technology and data to support and improve recruitment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

• Experience in pharma, life sciences or FMCG.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple markets.
  
  

What You'll Do

You will manage a varied portfolio of roles across different levels of complexity, adapting your approach as each recruitment requires. In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment, guiding and challenging hiring managers with timely, value-adding advice to reach the best outcome.
• Create positive, professional experiences by keeping candidates and hiring managers informed and supported throughout.
• Apply market insight to shape sourcing, assessment and selection, and champion inclusive hiring in line with our diversity and inclusion objectives.
• Safeguard data integrity and compliance, I and ensure local stakeholders follow the Global Standard TA process while meeting local requirements.
• Propose improvements drawn from stakeholder collaboration and external best practice, and support global initiatives or projects when needed.
  
  

Who You'll Work With

You will join the Global Talent Acquisition team within People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs, working mainly across Israel with the opportunity to support Global TA.

Your closest partners are hiring managers across the Lines of Business, the wider P&O community including HR Business Partners and other Centres of Excellence, and Global People & Organization Services. Externally, you will guide candidates and work with recruitment agencies. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you own TA matters within your scope, act as a guardian of our employer value proposition, and proactively escalate complex or cross-functional issues.
