We are looking for a strategic talent partner who understands business needs, provides market insights, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.

You'll be a key partner in shaping culture, by attracting and hiring top talent in an innovative, mission-driven environment.

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on & strategic tech recruitment experience, preferably in the AI or Cybersecurity domain
Experience in conducting in-depth, behavioral interviews that uncover both technical competencies and cultural alignment
Is proactive, curious, has great sense of urgency and drive to make matches between people and opportunities
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and loves to get things done
Is people-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
