This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can effectively manage logistics operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations. Export/Import Operations:
* Coordinate with external logistics service providers to facilitate the export of capital medical equipment, consumables, and spare parts within defined time and budget constraints.
* Support customs clearance processes and manage logistics aspects in destination countries worldwide.
* Maintain and organize all relevant export documentation in Logistics folders and ERP system.
* Handle and maintain INSIGHTECs Approved Exporter Certificate.
* Manage import shipments, customs clearance, and related logistics aspects.
* Arrange pickup and return shipments of faulty parts and systems from international sites
* Develop and implement logistics performance reporting strategies/KPIs Third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
* Coordinate with international third-party logistics (3PL) providers:
* Oversee warehouse operations, manage and monitor sales orders and service shipments, and track performance through KPIs.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree (preferred in Economics or Logistics) with strong self-learning capabilities.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
* In-depth knowledge of logistics fundamentals, including shipping, customs regulations.
* Fluent English communication skills (both oral and written).
* Proven ability to develop and implement logistics and infrastructure projects.
* Strong team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (Priority ERP preferred).
* Willingness to provide support beyond standard office hours when necessary.
