The Role:
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our teams by finding and attracting the very best talent in Israels hi-tech ecosystem. This role is all about taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from creative sourcing and candidate outreach to guiding hiring managers and shaping the best candidate experience. You'll work closely with our business leaders to hire top engineers and tech professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the companys growth while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:

* Own full-cycle E2E recruitment processes for roles across the organization
* Attract and engage top talent using multiple channels and creative strategies, developing new sources, meetups, and conferences, working closely with marketing, constantly improving our employer brand
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers both in Israel and globally- and partner closely to tailor the most accurate role requirements and professional process
* Manage pipelines, schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a great candidate experience
* Contribute to employer branding efforts, including social media and recruitment marketing campaigns
* Track hiring data and metrics to improve recruitment KPIs
* Champion best practices in hiring and help optimize tools, processes, and team collaboration, using market benchmarks
