Were seeking a service-oriented and technically skilled IT Help desk to join our team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, supporting employees across multiple geographies, and contributing to infrastructure and security improvements. This is an in-office, part-time position with working hours from 08:30 to 15:00 What Youll Be Doing
* Provide onsite and remote Technical Support to employees in Israel, the US, Ukraine, and the Philippines
* Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications
* Manage IT setup for local and global company events and meetings
* Participate in IT projects involving new technology implementations, standardization, and system upgrades
* Support information security initiatives and contribute to ISO and SOC certification processes
* Provide onsite and remote Technical Support to employees in Israel, the US, Ukraine, and the Philippines
* Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications
* Manage IT setup for local and global company events and meetings
* Participate in IT projects involving new technology implementations, standardization, and system upgrades
* Support information security initiatives and contribute to ISO and SOC certification processes
Requirements:
* 12 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, in a mid-sized organization (100+ employees)
* Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with managing cloud-based & SaaS services
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
