Overall, as a Junior IT Support Specialist | Entry-Level Opportunity you will Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The role includes working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internal IT systems, providing remote desktop support, and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Completion of a technical course (IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or a related field).

• Good knowledge of Windows 10.

• Familiarity with Active Directory.

• Strong technical orientation and motivation to develop a career in IT.

• Excellent communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work in a team.

• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.

• Willingness to work additional hours when required.
