Our team of 55 people includes a mixture of office-based and remote workers. We work closely to deliver expert advice, unbeatable procurement, and strategic account management.

Were now looking for a full-time Talent People Operations Manager who can confidently lead recruitment while owning and improving the Employee Experience across the business.
Recruitment Onboarding (Primary Focus ~50%)
People Operations HR Support

Internal Comms Collaboration

Requirements:
You have experience in end-to-end recruitmentyou love finding the right person for the job.
Youre organized, people-focused, and comfortable wearing many hats.
Youve worked in remote or hybrid teams and know how to build engagement at a distance.
Youre confident working independently, using sound judgment to prioritize and solve problems.
A big plus is familiarity with HR practices and experience in small, fast-moving teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the energy, consultancy, or property management sectors.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems or HRIS tools.
A creative flair for staff engagement, team communications, or internal events.

Location: Bet Shemesh with some flexibility in working from home.
