About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover for maternity leave. This role focuses on technical hiring in Israel and Portugal, with the potential for a full-time role in the future. Global experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on thinking outside the box, has a proactive and "can-do" attitude, and deeply understands the dynamic nature of recruitment in a fast-paced organization. This role focuses on technical hiring and requires prior experience in recruiting top technical talent.
Heres What Youll Be Doing
Technical Hiring:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions in Israel and Portugal.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Collaboration:
Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to share best practices and leverage resources.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
