We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our team . As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, monitoring results, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. In addition, you will contribute to the overall strategic development of the affiliate program, fostering innovation and translating business opportunities into strategic growth initiatives.
What am I going to do?
Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the program; build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
Monitor performance at the partner and program levels; analyze trends and opportunities; and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Conducted strategic work to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program; implemented strategic initiatives and projects to grow and develop it.
Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into our activity.
What am I going to do?

2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships, working for a global product company in the online industry - a must.
Analytical mindset, proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
Have an entrepreneurial and business ownership mindset.
Knowledge and familiarity with Affiliate Networks.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal cross-department stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English.
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or related field.
