As our R&D center is located in Tel Aviv, this is a unique opportunity to be a crucial part of the success.
The position requires arriving at the office at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead hiring processes end to end in technical domains (mainly R&D)
Focus on sourcing, using mainly LinkedIn Recruiter, to various positions (this is a significant part of the role)
Understand the business needs of the business units you will support and become their recruiting partner
As part of the TA team, you will also be responsible for the new hires' onboarding process in the company
Promote the companys reputation as the best place to work
Promote and lead HR and recruiting projects.

2-5 years of experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from a start-up/hi-tech company or a recruiting agency
Sourcing experience, mainly with LinkedIn Recruiter, is a must
Experience in recruiting for R&D positions
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
B.A from a leading university, preferably in the field of Social Sciences
Your skills:
Excellent level of English (both written and spoken) - a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accurate, professional, and good presentation skills
Ability to work well in a very dynamic environment
Ability to work independently, lead projects, and prioritize
High Service Orientation.
