* Lead our online Gaming industry.Establish a casino industry, recruit and manage affiliates and operators.
* Negotiate with new potential gaming operators.
* Engage with new affiliates through various channels
* Responsibility for optimization and ROI analysis of affiliates accounts

* 3+ years experience as an Affiliate Manager.
* 3+ years of experience in the online Casino industry.
* Demonstrated ability in project management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Analytical skills coupled with attention to details
* Fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and meet ambitious goals.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment.
