As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community. Youll work closely with internal teams to align our social media efforts with larger business goals and stay ahead of trends in the fast-paced social media landscape.

The position operates on a hybrid work model, with four days of remote work per week and one designated in-office day at our Binyamina location.
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.).
Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including posting and monitoring engagement.
Foster community growth by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations.
Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, social media trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to support campaigns and product launches.
Monitor brand mentions and manage the companys online reputation by handling customer inquiries or issues professionally.
Work with influencers, brand advocates, and other external partners to extend our reach.
