We’re looking for a sharp and independent Sourcing Specialist to build and lead the sourcing function within our Talent Acquisition team.
This is a unique opportunity to shape our sourcing capabilities from the ground up, while working on a wide variety of challenging and impactful roles — both technical and non-technical, with a focus on senior-level positions.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (experience with a variety of roles — a strong advantage)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, plugins, and AI-based solutions
Strong research skills, creativity, and ability to find candidates beyond the obvious platforms
High level of independence, proactivity, and ownership
Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and engaging
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:
Build and drive sourcing strategies across different departments and roles
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs
Proactively identify, approach, and engage top talent using LinkedIn, AI tools, sourcing plugins, and creative methods
Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Continuously improve sourcing processes through the adoption of new technologies and data-driven practices
Lead sourcing efforts independently while collaborating closely with the broader HR and TA teams
