This role is all about bringing on the best talents, maintaining our clients' culture as they grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.
Key Responsibilities-
Source and engage high-quality technical candidates, focusing on engineering and technical roles.
Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver top candidates.
Maintain detailed candidate notes and share insights post-recruitment events.
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, and Comeet.
Required Qualifications-
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, or a recruiter with sourcing expertise transitioning to a sourcing-focused role.
Technical Sourcing Expertise: Strong track record in sourcing for technical roles, with an understanding of engineering and leadership positions.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Comeet (preferred), Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
Soft Skills-
Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining momentum.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative culture.
Exceptional ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
