We’re looking for a sharp and independent Sourcing Specialist to build and lead the sourcing function within our Talent Acquisition team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape our sourcing capabilities from the ground up, while working on a wide variety of challenging and impactful roles — both technical and non-technical, with a focus on senior-level positions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and drive sourcing strategies across different departments and roles
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage top talent using LinkedIn, AI tools, sourcing plugins, and creative methods
• Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Continuously improve sourcing processes through the adoption of new technologies and data-driven practices
• Lead sourcing efforts independently while collaborating closely with the broader HR and TA teams

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (experience with a variety of roles — a strong advantage)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, plugins, and AI-based solutions
• Strong research skills, creativity, and ability to find candidates beyond the obvious platforms
• High level of independence, proactivity, and ownership
• Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and engaging
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
