A payment gateway technology hub, serving as a one-stop-shop for online businesses, enabling them to accept payments from anyone, anywhere. We are connected to over 1000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods, on one payment page.
Job Description:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with our merchant accounts by maintaining consistent communication through various channels, including email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while upselling payment solutions and services to our existing merchants.
Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Resolve merchant concerns and issues promptly by collaborating with other departments and advocating for merchants internally by proactively addressing their needs and concerns related to our products and services.
Represent us at conferences and merchant meetings abroad regularly, averaging 4-6 times a year.
Monitor and analyze merchants performances, including historical turnover and revenue, interactions with other departments, merchant feedback, and relevant market insights to identify potential issues or opportunities.
Fluency in English is required, along with a second language at native or professional working proficiency (except Hebrew)- a Must!
As our merchants come from diverse international backgrounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- a Must!
Willing to travel internationally for business a few times per year- a Must!
Quick learner with the ability to grasp and articulate new knowledge at any level.
Genuine passion for customer interactions and building strong relationships.
Team player: we work both independently and collaboratively, frequently interacting with various departments across the company on a daily basis.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple merchants and tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems and various analytical and technical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SimilarWeb, Salesforce, AI applications, etc.)
Business-mindedness and the ability to analyze data and feedback.
Experience in FinTech or working with financial services companies is a plus but not required.
