we are looking for a Software Quality Assurance engineer with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee product quality through the planning and execution of product testing. QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics.
Responsibilities:
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of software products
Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
Provide customer support and technical assistance on company-supported applications and platforms

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a QA engineer or similar role, with proven experience in testing web applications
Excellent communications skills for efficient interaction with development engineers and product managers
In-depth knowledge and understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes
In-depth knowledge and understanding of data management and validation
Good knowledge of SQL and scripting
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
Experience in performance/benchmark/security testing big advantage
Experience in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Typescript, Playwright, Cucumber) advantage
Experience with Big data (HDFS, Impala, Hive, Spark) advantage
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - advantage
Knowledge of standard medical terminologies and experience in the medical field - advantage
