Salesforce QA Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring a Salesforce QA Specialist for a leading financial company in Central Israel!

An exciting opportunity to perform manual testing on core Salesforce platforms, combined with technical troubleshooting, production issue investigation, and ongoing support for system users and newly deployed features.

What does the role include?

• Conducting manual testing, analyzing functional specifications, and authoring comprehensive test plans (STP/STD)
• Performing technical root-cause analysis for production issues and managing system interfaces
• Providing support for end-users and monitoring new features and releases in production
• Collaborating closely with software development teams and diverse cross-functional stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• At least 1.5 years of experience working within an organization utilizing Salesforce – Mandatory
• At least 1 year of hands-on practical experience working with Salesforce – Mandatory
• Strong technical orientation with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• High responsibility, thoroughness, system-level perspective, and ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high service orientation
• Hands-on experience testing APIs and interfaces using Postman – Advantage
