Role Description & Responsibilities
Join as an Information Technology Specialist and work with cutting-edge technologies in a leading enterprise cybersecurity environment. You will provide essential IT support to our global workforce, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, collaboration tools, and network infrastructure.

Provide comprehensive technical support for IT hardware and software across the organization.
Administer user access and permissions using Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta.
Support Windows OS and macOS systems to maintain optimal functionality.
Manage the Onboarding and Offboarding processes efficiently on site & off site.
Maintain and update the inventory of IT software and hardware assets.
